Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 3 large eggs, lightly whisked*
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan*
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

 

Preparation:

-First, Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
-Add the Parmesan cheese, Panko crumbs, and Italian seasoning to a large bowl. Add salt and pepper.
-Mix everything in the bowl together until they’re well combined.


-Dip the cauliflower pieces into the whisked egg; then roll them into the parmesan mixture until they’re fully covered.
-Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
-Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the coating is crunchy and golden brown.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric*

Preparation:

-Preheat an oven to 450F. Cut the cauliflower florets into bite-size pieces.
– Melt the butter in a medium pot over medium heat. Take off the heat and mix in the sugar, salt, pepper, hot paprika, sweet paprika, cayenne (if using), turmeric, and cinnamon.
